My new blog!!

Yes, here I'd like to put a hold to my current blog (like I ever update this one lol) and focus to my newborn blog which I made last 2 days. Yes, freshly made~ However, unlike this current blog which fully in english, the new blog taking a new step by mixing rojak languages (malay+english), but mainly towards malay. Even though, most of it are pictures so it could bring no trouble to understand (:

So without taking much space HERE off you go!

though the dishes were not much but it sure delicious =D

especially when there's pekasam!

Aside pekasam, my mom gave us some chickens =D

All of all in KL Marathon 2011: Volunteers' experiences

At last I got my lazy butt to update a finishing post about the event KL Marathon.. as title says, volunteers' experience. yes.. not runners! =D For the registrations day during weekdays, we didn't get many customers though, expected that the runners were working.. o_O

The pic below shows how the queuing line was TOTALLY empty ~

But it changed during the last day of the registration which was Saturday.

Anyhow, the event day!

We volunteers had to sign in at 10pm before the actual event day, and it went on till the marathon. So you get the idea that we didn't get to sleep at all! :O Here's how the signing session for the volunteers went,

Well from this angle, there weren't that many people as you see from previous pic :P

And we got grouped by categories and got the volunteers' ID card, without the card we wouldn't get salary!

We got to watch movie together, Little Fockers before the briefing started at 12am and we started to be divided to different roads at 2 am.

I got my ID card stated A6-02, so we got almost near to the starting line. The runners were still in full stamina lol. Few runners even took pictures with me as they passed by, and those were all candid! Hope they won't post to their blogs.. like I do =D

You can see the tiny little sign (click the picture for larger view) says 'KTM Berhad' which still Idk where it was :O Just say.. it's near Dataran Merdeka?

I got paired up with a guy named Max. So we were couple for the night! That sounded weird eh? The people who were passing by ALL looked at us like, 'whatta you couple doing here in the middle of city at 2 am??'. And yeah, got many rempit-guys were wooo-ing at us, it was real annoying.

The first 30mins were spent in front of the KTM, and it was really uncomfortable! There got many cockroaches and they were huge!

And my partner Max turned out more scared of the cockroaches than I do..

Then we got moved a lil towards the corner of traffic lights.

And got polices gathered around us, so we actually felt safer!

1st Registration Day of KL Marathon

If you have read my previous post, you would know that I am bonded with the kl marathon registration days and today was the first day for the registration

so far it went well, we got to smile ~all the way~

but yeah that was tiring but good experience

At that place, people were so busy and running everywhere to get the work fast done. And the places were filled with boxes and got the area became smaller, so often get bumped to each other. my toes are aching right now too.

at one point,

there got one artist wanted to register also

so i started finishing the work in extra speed of my current customer

thinking that the artist would come to my counter~~

but he went to other counter T3T

anyway he passed my counter 2 times so i got to see him closed up. so handsome.. XD

and then it got crowded every 10mins

Riding bike =D

i havent ridden bike since bout 5 years ago i think

i got caught by police not wearing helmet,

but maybe coz i was too cute, i didnt get any summon

.....

anyway, i got to ride bike with my bro, i got excited of course

i felt the wind blowing to my pretty face

--- like flying ---

maybe coz my bro drove it too fast too but i liked it anyway =D

then i noticed i was holding on tight onto my bro's waist. so i changed it and grabbed his collar

didnt care he got suffocated or what D:

i dont want people think i was his girlfriend

coz, i see usually couples riding a bike, the female will hold on the male's waist

yeah romantic though but if bro and sis

that's awkward haha

Assignment and Volunteering

today i just spent my day to finish up my assignment as tomorrow i got all day in class,

and the next day i'm going to the KL Marathon

not because I am one of the runner

but i'm gonna help with the expected 23,000 runners in the registration day

so if you are one of the runner you might see me at the registration desk! (^o^)/

it felt so long since my mom really brought me go out jalan-jalan. just now i asked to go out (which the same request i've been asking for past few weeks) but she was busy with her works.

if not, she'll go help my dad's work.

yea, bunch of works :(

Yesterday my parents wanted me to make each of them blogger account

in the end, they both spent time on their own blogger account
